CPI Hungary sold the V188 office building in Budapest to Hungarian investor group. The name of the buyer as well as the cost of the deal was not disclosed. The property is located in the city’s Váci office corridor. The class A building offers 14,000 sqm of leasable space on seven floors as well as surface and underground parking.
