CPI lands Kiwi.com as tenant at Nová Zbrojovka in Brno

28 January 2020

Kiwi.com is moving into offices built in the former Zbrojovka complex in Brno in what its developer CPI Property Group is calling the largest commercial lease to be completed in 2019. The Czech start-up, which runs an on-line airline tickets platform, will move into its new 11,000 sqm offices over the summer from its current location in the Campus Science Park. The new Brno center will continue to be Kiwi.com’s headquarters. “Given how our company is changing and growing, there are also demands for more effective remote cooperation and to reduce our carbon footprint,” said CEO Oliver Dlouhý. The Prague-based Studio Perspektiv will be in charge of the reconstruction of the portion of the building that will be used by Kiwi.com.
