CPI Property Group is about to complete the process of taking over the management of the Central Tower and Prosta 69 buildings in Warsaw. CPIPG has been gradually taking over the property management of its own portfolio of nine office properties in Warsaw, having in May taken over the management of Atrium Centrum, Atrium Plaza and Equator IV. With the addition of Central Tower and Prosta 69 to this ownership management model, CPIPG now manages nine office buildings in the city. Central Tower is located in Warsaw’s city center and offers
15,000 sqm of class A space on 26 floors. Prosta 69 is located in Warsaw’s Wola district and offers 11,460 sqm on nine floors. CPIPG currently owns 13 office buildings in Warsaw, with a total area exceeding 305,000 sqm.
