CPI Property Group has acquired the Green Corner A office building in Warsaw from DWS. Located at Chłodna and Wronia streets, close to the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, the LEED Platinum property offers 14,860 sqm of A+ office space on seven floors. It was completed in 2012 and is almost fully leased. “Green Corner A fits perfectly into our growing portfolio of attractive office projects, meets our advanced sustainability requirements, is perfectly located and enjoys high recognition amongst its tenants,” said Barbara Topolska, country manager of CPI Poland. Green Corner is CPI Property Group’s fourth acquisition after it unveiled a new investment strategy in October. So far, CPIPG has acquired more than 170,000 sqm of modern office space in strategic locations in Warsaw.
