CPI Property Group has agreed to buy five commercial properties in Hungary from CBRE Global Investors. The package includes the Pólus and Campona shopping centers in Budapest as well as property along the city’s upscale Andrássy street. Hypermarkets in Zalaegerszeg and Nyíregyháza are also part of the deal. The price was not disclosed. CPI’s Hungarian unit manages a portfolio of more than 200,000 sqm, worth around €316m.
