CPI Property Group has finalized the sale of the former Živnobanka building on Na Příkopě street in the center of Prague to CEFC China Energy Company Limited. The transaction includes the transfer of shares in the Živnobanka building project entity. After paying off the project credit facility to the financing bank, the net proceeds for CPI will amount to €27m. CEFC intends to make the property its European headquarters.
