Vodafone extended its lease at CPI Group’s Arena Corner project in Budapest. The mobile operator renegotiated its lease on 8,111 sqm in the project’s Kerepesi Tower, and signed on for an additional 5,600 sqm of space in the Hungaria and Szoreny towers. The deal, totaling 13,800 sqm of space, brings occupancy at Arena Corner to 95 percent. Cushman & Wakefield represented Vodafone in the transaction. the project is located near the Arena Plaza shopping complex. Other tenants include Bank of China and Citibank.
