CPI will acquire the second half of the COPA centrum project from Sebastian Pawlowski after its completed. CPI currently owns 50 percent of the project and has an option on the rest. CPI spokesperson Michaela Wiklerová told the weekly Týden that the date of the takeover has not been confirmed yet. COPA centrum, a project worth CZK 3.3bn, is going up above the Národní třída metro station in Prague 1. The metro station will also get a thorough facelift before reopening in two years. The station closed earlier this year when work on COPA centrum started.
