CPI plans to launch another bond issue worth billions of crowns. The issue will follow two others held last year, totalling nearly CZK 2bn. CPI’s spokesperson, Michaela Winklerová, told the news server e15 that the investor is preparing another financial instrument based on cooperation with insurance companies in an effort to diversify its financing sources. CPI is one of the major players on the Czech property market with 230 sqm of office, 18 hotels and 148,800 sqm of industrial space in its portfolio. CPI is also active in the residential market and owns 12.700 rental flats.
