CPI has topped out its Meteor C office building, the third phase of a project CPI acquired when it took over the Hungarian developer Ablon. The building is going up in Prague 8-Karlín next to the Křižíkova metro station and will cost a total of CZK 287m. It will offer 4,700 sqm of office and retail, with a restaurant to be placed on the ground floor and flats on the top. The office space has not been leased yet, but Eva Lovětínská, CPI’s office leasing manager, claims negotiations with potential tenants are underway. The building is scheduled for completion in January 2015.
