CPIPG signs 4,000 sqm of commercialized space at myhive Mokotów One

CPI Property Group (CPIPG) has signed leasing agreements for nearly 4,000 sqm in the myhive Mokotów One office building managed by the group.

The Warsaw Leasing Office Department’s work has resulted in the commercialization and re-commercialization of nearly 4,000 sqm in the myhive Mokotów One office building located on Woloska Street. The total area of signed contracts represents nearly 20% of the entire building.

Aldesa Polska, a Spanish corporation that operates in Poland as a general contractor for facilities in the construction, industrial, infrastructure and energy sectors, among others, will move into myhive Mokotów One. Aldesa will occupy an area of 1,430 square meters. MOYERS Arnaudow Świąder Kancelaria Adwokacko-Radcowska will expand its office twice, to 445 sq. m. which specializes in consulting in the broadly defined area of health – from research, marketing authorization, manufacturing and distribution, and marketing. Europ Assistance Polska – a pioneer in the global assistance services market, providing assistance at home and abroad – will remain in the office building for a longer period of time. Europ Assistance Polska will remain in its 1,337-square-meter office for another year. MDSap, part of the Midis Group, one of the largest IT groups in EMEA, is also continuing its cooperation with CPIPG. MDSap specializes in services for banking and for the finance sector, as well as for the insurance and telecommunications and public sectors. The company’s office occupies 626 sqm.
myhive Mokotów One is one of four buildings belonging to the myhive Mokotów office complex, located in the business center of Mokotów. The 13-story office building offers more than 20,000 sqm of total space. The building is BREEAM In-use certified at the Very Good level. All buildings with the myhive logo are characterized by comfortable, modern lobbies maintained in a similar design and atmosphere, a boutique style of common areas and a unique approach to tenants – community management. They also have excellent infrastructure and state-of-the-art technology, and offer numerous amenities: from laundry facilities to cafes and restaurants to fitness centers.
