Craiova is the Romania’s 6th largest city and capital of Dolj County, situated in the Southern part of the country.
The demand for office space in Craiova is generated especially by financial-banking sector, BPO, SSC and automotive companies, a CBRE report says. Previously Dolj County was the centre of railway and automotive industry, but also an important agricultural producer.
The total modern shopping center retail stock in Craiova is of only 83,000 sq m, resulting some 300 sq m / 1,000 inhabitants.
