Creative Office in Massachusetts changes hangs for $96.5m

MetLife Investment Management bought the Creative Office building in Needham, Massachusetts, for $96.5m. The seller was a joint venture between Normandy Real Estate Partners and Westbrook Partner. The newly renovated, 247,542 sq ft property, located at 89 A Street, features a two-story lobby, two interior courtyards, a cafeteria and a fitness center. The asset is anchored by the global headquarters of SharkNinja, a leading household cleaning and kitchen appliance company. NKF Capital Markets represented the seller during the sale.
