Credit Suisse Asset Management has acquired the Ethos and Astoria buildings in Warsaw on behalf of its real estate funds. The five-story Ethos building offers 13,000 sqm of office space and 4,500 sqm of retail space. Astoria, meanwhile, offers 8,000 sqm of office on 10 floors. The vendor of the Ethos building, Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, was advised by CBRE, Avison Young and Dentons, while Cushman & Wakefield, Greenberg Traurig, CMT and PwC advised the buyer.
