Cresa has opened an office at High5ive, currently underway on Pawia street in KrakĆ³w. The building is located in close proximity to the main railway station. Once fully built out, the office complex will consist of five buildings offering a total of 70,000 sqm of leasable space. The project is being developed by Skanska. Cresa Poladās office is located in Building 1, completed in the first phase of the project. This is the tenant-only commercial real estate companyās fifth location in Poland. It already has offices in Warsaw, WrocÅaw, Tricity and ÅĆ³dÅŗ.
