Cresa opens second office in Poland

Cresa has opened its second Polish office in Wrocław. The new office will be led by Michał Grabikowski, who also heads tenant representation for the office department at Cresa Poland in Wrocław. Cresa’s Wrocław office is located in the Pegaz building on Grabarska street. “As Cresa’s expansion in Poland gathers pace, we’ve decided to open an office in Wrocław, the capital of Lower Silesia. Having set up key operational departments in our head office in Warsaw, we realized we needed to be closer to tenants,” said Piotr Kaszyński, managing partner at Cresa Poland.
