Five months after securing a use permit, Cresco Group was also awarded a LEED Gold certificate for its UNIQ Staromestska in the Bratislava city center. Bogle Architects designed the mixed-use scheme Cresco built on a former parking lot at the corner of Staromestska and Veterna streets. The building, offering 7,565 sqm of office and 917 sqm of retail, is a rare example of a new build in the city’s historic center. Its tenants will be able to save 16 percent on energy fees thanks to a number of features added by the developer. Čechová & Partners and Oriflame have already moved into the building, with Crowdberry, CMS and CBRE to follow shortly. CBRE Property Management Group will manage the building.
