Cresco has broken ground on the second phase of the Slnečnice project in Bratislava’s Petržalka district. The developer will add 97 flats in two villas to the scheme, ranging from 28 sqm to 110 sqm. Prices will range between €1,800 to €1,900/sqm including VAT. The price for a 74 sqm unit on the fourth floor with a balcony will cost €143,000, writes the server etrend.sk.
Cresco is currently working on three six-story apartment buildings that will offer 207 flats after completion by the end of 2015. In all, the second phase is expected to add 600 units to the market. The third phase, currently in planning, will add a relaxation park to the area.
