Cresco has begun construction of a new phase of Slnečnice, its residential project in the Petržalka district of Bratislava. Meanwhile, construction continues on the three apartment buildings that make up the first phase of the scheme. This new phase is made up of four 6 story buildings. When all seven buildings are completed, they will offer 207 units ranging in size from 27 sqm to 120 sqm, at prices that begin at €1,700 per sqm.
