Work is underway on Mlynská Bašta, a residential project in central Košice. Cresco Group secured a construction permit for 134 flats at the corner of Tovární and Štefánikova streets. Cresco’s marketing manager, Saša Poliakova, says the developer must complete groundwork first, including archeology research and infrastructure preparation. Two new builds are to be completed in the first half of 2018 next to a reconstructed historic fortification that will serve as a mixed-use center. Flat prices range between €1,600 and 1,700 per sqm. Sales started in June, and the developer claims 25 percent of the flats have since been reserved.
