Cresco launched the sales of an apartment project named Mlynská bašta in Košice. Work is expected to get underway in autumn, however Cresco still has to secure the construction permit. Completion is scheduled in 2018. The project will go up in the city’s historically protected district between Továrenská and Hviezdoslavova streets. Cresco plans to build two apartment buildings with 134 flats that will be connected with a reconstructed historical building called Mlynská bašta. Flats ranging in size from 34 sqm to 115 sqm are on offer for up to €1,700 sqm. Trend.sk writes that none of the units have been sold yet. Cresco has chosen XX Real Košice to broker the sale.
