Crestyl has begun construction work on DOCK 02. The office building is part of DOCK Office Park, which Crestyl has been developing along two meanders along the Vltava river in Prague 8 – Libeň. The new cascade-shaped office building is the latest phase of an expanding collection of flats, offices and a marina for private boats.
One-third of the building’s 8,500 sqm of office space has been pre-leased to Saint Gobain, which should be able to move into the building in spring 2017. Schindler Seko architects designed the building, a CZK 500m investment, to achieve a LEED Gold rating.
