Crestyl has started work on Dock B – River Watch – the second phase of its Dock riverside residential project on Libeňský Island, which borders Prague’s Libeň, Karlín and Holešovice neighborhoods.
The developer plans to build 65 flats, ranging from one room to high-end 250 sqm penthouses, in three apartment buildings. Twenty percent of the flats in the second phase have been pre-sold. The investment is expected to cost around CZK 450m. Dock B, designed by Ian Bryan Architects, is scheduled for completion in April 2015.
Dock is part of a large development at the Vltava cutoff, which will offer 120,000 sqm of office and residential space when completed. The project will also include a private marina, restaurant, hotel and cafés.
