Crestyl completed the first phase of its residential project Berounská brána at the end of September. The project, which offers five apartment buildings as well as family homes, is 90 percent sold out and its second phase isn’t due for completion until the end of 2020. The location is not far from the town of Beroun, a town along the D5 southwest of Prague. “Living outside Prague is increasingly popular thanks to the increase in apartment prices,” says Viktor Peška, sales director at Crestyl. Once completed, the project will include 10 apartment buildings with 146 units and 42 row homes, the largest of which are 195 sqm. The exodus of middle class families from Prague is driving growth in towns around it such as Beroun and others.
