Crestyl launches Podolské schody construction

The developer Crestyl has acquired Podolské schody, a high-end residential in Prague’s 4th district near the Vltava river. Having begun construction on the scheme immediately, it then launched sales of another residential project called 4Block, which is a brownfield re-development in Prague 10 – Vršovice which will offer 210 units in four apartment houses.

Radim Sayed, Crestyl’s sales director, says that the developer is looking for further acquisitions and that it has also started construction on the second phase of DOCK.
Podolské schody will offer 22 one to five-room apartments in two buildings. Crestyl bought the project with all necessary permits and plans to launch sales in October.
