The Czech developer Crestyl has begun the year with six projects worth CZK 3.7bn underway, including residential, office and retail schemes. Director Omar Koleilat says, that Crestyl’s acquisition last year of the Savarin project on Wenceslas square in Prague 1 has been added to projects the company was already working on, including 4Blok, Podolské schody, the second phase of Dock River Watch and Zámecká zahrada in Vysoký Újezd. Crestyl recently started the construction of both Dock 02 office and the Central Jablonec shopping center.
