Dock In Two, the office scheme developed by Crestyl in Prague’s Libeň district, is fully leased. A new cafe called Light Roast Coffee opened on the ground floor. Dámejídlo.cz and STEM/MARK are also new additions to the building which opened a few months ago. They join Saint-Gobain, Getberg and Sentient on the tenant list. The cascade V-shaped building, covered with greenery and featuring terraces overlooking a pond, offers 8,500 sqm of office space. Crestyl invested CZK 500m into the project. It is part of the DOCK riverside project Crestyl has been developing for the last couple of years. The building has been designed to LEED Gold standards.
