Crestyl secures construction permit for 4Blok

23 April 2015

Crestyl has obtained a construction permit for 4Blok, a residential complex in Prague-Vršovice and plans to start construction in a few weeks. The project is a brownfield redevelopment. It will go up in the former Tesla industrial area, offering 210 flats in four apartment buildings, surrounded by a garden with birch groves and a playground for children. The flats, ranging from one to five rooms, are on offer starting at CZK 2.5m for a one-room unit. Crestyl’s sales director, Radim Sayed, says that 30 percent of the flats were sold before the developer secured a construction permit.
