The developer Crestyl has begun sales of Šárecký dvůr, a project like in the Prague 6 neighborhood of Vokovice. The project will offer 51 upper-end flats upon completion in August and is being sold exclusively by the agency Svoboda & Williams. The dominant structure in the project is a historic building along with five modern villas containing a total of 44 units. Bogle Architects was entrusted with providing the concept for the entire complex and the look of the exterior. Chmelař architetki designed the interiors and layouts of the flats, while the garden areas were designed by Šmídová Landscape Architects. “Our goal is to offer flats in all parts of Prague, which is why we’re continuing to expand our residential portfolio to all of the most interesting Prague neighborhoods,” said Crestyl director Omar Koleilat.
