Crestyl has begun construction of the first two building of its new multifunctional complex Hagibor located near the Želivského metro station. In all, five apartment buildings will be built on the site along with a further five office buildings. A central boulevard lined with shops, restaurants and services will run between them. It’s also expected that a concert hall capable of seating hundreds of people will be built in the same location as well as a 2 ha park. The first two buildings will offer a service central reception and a total of 168 apartments. Crestyl assigned the architectural design to a pair of studios: Bogle Architects and Ian Bran Architects, while the Michel Desvign is preparing the landscaping project.
