Colliers International has announced that veteran real estate leader James P. Crew has joined the firm to help grow its retail brokerage team in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Region. Crew comes to Colliers International from CMB Property Company where he led the private equity company in acquiring multi-family and mixed-use properties in the Washington, DC and Charleston areas and served as an Asset Manager with American Realty Advisors. Crew has participated in NAIOP, ICSC, Greater Washington Board of Trade and Rotary Club International.
