Entrepreneurs Cristian and Teo Mercioniu, developers and investors in residential projects with a total value of over EUR 100 million, bought a plot of land in the Victoriei Square area in Bucharest on which the first building in Bucharest with sheep wool insulation will be built.
There was previously an illegally constructed building on the land without a permit, which was demolished by the new owners. The future building consists of a boutique residential project that will have 7 apartments.
Bucharest entrepreneur Cristian Mercioniu invests EUR 30 million in the first wool processing factory, in Olt county, this natural material will be used to manufacture insulation for the new residential project.
