Croatian plastic products manufacturer AD Plastik said its consolidated net profit fell 8.2 percent year-on-year in the first quarter of 2021, to EUR 3.4 million.
The company’s operating income dropped 9.8 percent year-on-year in the first quarter, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) decreased 16.6 percent.
Of the company’s total operating income in the first quarter, the markets of the EU and Serbia were down 16.5 percent and on the Russian market, AD Plastik recorded operating income increas by 15.5 percent.
