Croatia’s commodity exports increased by 4.3 percent y-o-y to €4,7bn in the first five months of 2016, while imports were up 4.7 percent, reaching €7.8bn, according to the National Statistical Office.
The European Union remained the most important market for Croatian products, with exports reaching €3.2bn, an increase of 5.8 percent y-o-y. Imports to Eu countries increased 6.4 percent to €6.3bn.
