Croatian Postal Service opens €46.5m sorting center

The Croatian Postal Service opened a sorting center in Velika Gorica, northwestern Croatia. The investment is valued at around €46.5m. The complex, located near Franjo Tudjman Airport, spreads over 35,000 sqm, with sorting space totaling 11,000 sqm. Approximately 15,000 packages are expected to be processed there per hour. The Croatian Postal Service will initially employ 1,400 people to work in the center.
