Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust has acquired the Green Office and Avatar projects in Kraków from Azora Europa. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The seller was advised by Savills. Green Office features 22,300 sqm of space in three buildings on Czerwone Maki street. Anchor tenants include Motorola Solutions and UBS Business Solutions. Avatar, located on Armii Krajowej street, offers 11,200 sqm of office space. The entire building is leased to BNP Paribas.
