Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust has acquired three office schemes in Poland for €69m. The properties will be managed by Cromwell Property Group through its integrated European investment asset management platform. Two of the assets, Riverside and Grojecka 5, are located in Warsaw and offer a combined leasable area of 34,496 sqm, while the third, Arkonska Business Park, is situated in Gdańsk.
