This autumn, Novum Business Invest launched the construction of a new residential compound in western Bucharest – Novum 56 – a project with an estimated investment value of over EUR 90 million. The sales partner of the developer is Crosspoint Real Estate.

Novum 56 will be built in two main phases, and the first phase has a deadline for completion Q4 of 2022 and a project completion for sales in Q4 of 2023. The first phase will include a total of 704 apartments, of which 165 are studios, 396 are two-room apartments and 143 are three-room apartments, and a number of 867 parking spaces.
