CruiseOne, Inc. has signed a new 20,000 square foot expansion and extension lease with Fort Lauderdale Crown Land. The firm will stay in the Crown Center office building located at 1201 W. Cypress Creek Road in Fort Lauderdale. The lease to CruiseOne will accommodate operations for Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., subsidiaries of World Travel Holdings. Colliers International South Florida team of Ronald A. Schagrin and Sal Bonsignore represented the owner during the transaction.
