KW Property Management & Consulting has promoted Katalina Cruz to the position of Chief Operating Officer, having served previously as Chief Financial Officer. Cruz is a certified public accountant in Florida as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She received her Master’s degree in Business Administration and her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University. Cruz joined KWPM in 2004 to head the company’s Commercial & Consulting Division.
