Construction of Crystal, GES Real’s flagship office project near the Želivského metro station in Prague’s Vinohrady district, is nearing completion The developer hopes to secure a BREEAM Excellent certificate for the building. The crystal-shaped project consists of two parts and will offer 14,400 sqm of usable space, with 12,830 sqm of office divided into 1,500 sqm floorplates. The remaining 1,000 sqm will be for retail and services. Rent prices range from €14.50 to €19.50/sqm and GES says 50 percent of the space was pre-leased.
