Crystal Investment is developing a luxury residential project near Herastrau Park in Bucharest. Herastrau Park View will include 72 apartments as well as commercial space and 94 parking spots. The investment is valued at €14m. The project will be developed in a single construction phase. Consulting company The Concept is in charge of apartment sales, which started in December. Crystal Investment is controlled by Dumitru Dragomir, the former head of the Professional Football League.
