PPF Real Estate developer, owned by Czech billionaire Petr Kellner, has signed six new leases for the Metropolis Center and Crystal Tower office buildings, the spaces to be occupied by Ceetrus Romania, Editec, Reckitt Benckiser, Orkla Foods Romania, Voici La Fashion and Ameropa Romania. Thus, Ceetrus Romania, Editec and Reckitt Benckiser will occupy almost 4,000 sqm in Crystal Tower, while Orkla Foods Romania, Voici La Mode and Ameropa Romania have signed leases for almost 2,000 sqm in Metropolis Center.
“We have received constant requests over the last year, and we have signed six important contracts.
