CTP has acquired the Equest Logistic Center from Equest Balkan Properties for around €30m. The property, located at Kilometer 13.5 along the Bucharest-Pitesti highway, offers 56,690 sqm of leasable space in three halls. The park is currently more than 95 percent leased to companies like Garrett, Elephant, BDG, Premium Lubricants, Militzer, Shimano, Senso Ambiente, Elmec Group, Hilti and Telekom. Cushman & Wakefield Echinox brokered the deal.
