In a deal worth €18m, CTP acquired two logistic parks in western Romania from the Slovak company IPEC Group. The properties, located in Ineu and Salonta, total 119,000 sqm of land and 37,000 sqm of leasable area. They will be rebranded as CTPark Ineu and CTPark Salonta. Ineu is located in Arad County, while Salonta in part of Bihor County, close to the Hungarian border. CTP owns industrial and logistic parks in 10 cities in Romania, including Arad, Cluj-Napoca, Turda, Deva, Timisoara, Ineu and Salonta.
