After leasing more than 130,000 sqm at CTPark Bucharest West, CTP broke ground on two more buildings with a total surface area of 68,000 sqm. The second phase is expected to cost €25m. Completion is scheduled for spring.
CTP took over the property from Prologis last year. CTP’s Romanian portfolio includes 500,000 sqm of industrial space. The developer is planning to expand to 1 million sqm over the next two years.
