CTP started working on a new office campus for IBM at its inner-city business park Ponavka in Brno. The first phase of the project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of next year, with 330 new jobs expected to be created.
Ponavka includes a mix of modern high-tech offices with renovated historic buildings and CT Box units. Since May, CTP agreed to more than 3,700 sqm of lease extensions with ABB and Madfinger Games. New tenants include Aria Pura and diagnostic healthcare provider AeskuLab, which recently moved into 1,700 sqm of office and laboratory space.
