The industrial developer CTP is building a 25,000 sqm factory for the automobile supplier Faurecia at CTPark Mlada Boleslav in a project thought to represent an investment of more than €25m. The company has agreed to a ten year lease of the facility, with an option to extend its time at the factory, which will offer work to hundreds of people in the region. Faurecia already has a factory in the Czech town of Pisek, two in Mlada Boleslav, and one each in Bakova nad Jizerou and in Pardubice. The factory is the first to go up at CTPark Mlada Boleslav, which is currently designed for 75,000 sqm of leasable space.
