CTP Invest has acquired land that will enable it to expand its project CTPark Brno. CBRE brokered the transaction, in which CTP bought land and an existing industrial building from Heitman. The property will enable CTP to add a further 20,000 sqm of new industrial space to the park. Negotiations with potential tenants are already underway, according to CTP. The 24,000 sqm existing production and office facility is occupied by Honeywell, a long term tenant in CTPark Brno.
