CTP Invest bought a 10 ha plot in Nošovice, North Moravia, next to the Hyundai automobile plant. The developer plans to invest €25m into a business park that will offer rental units starting at 1,000 sqm. Currently the developer is in negotiations with its existing tenants about leasing space in the park. “The location next to the car factory makes the space suitable for companies active in the automobile industry,” said CTP’s CEO Remon Vos.
